The only criticism I get regarding HCG 2.0 is that there are not enough HCG diet recipes. Everyone likes the addition of so many more protein and vegetable options, but they’d like to have specific recipes on how to prepare them. There is actually a reason I didn’t include many recipes in the book. You’ve heard the phrase, “give a man a fish and he eats for a day, teach a man to fish and he eats for a lifetime.” That’s kind of the principle I was seeking. I wanted to educate my readers on how to eat, not so much on exactly what to eat. Regardless, I understand why many of you like having specific HCG diet recipes. As a result, when good HCG diet recipes are sent to me, I like to post them. This Lump Crab Meat Salad looked particularly good.
The recipe below came from our Facebook HCG 2.0 support group, which you should certainly join if you haven’t done so already. Dieters post and answer questions daily and it’s a private page so nothing will show up on your profile page. So post away.
Lump Crab Meat Salad with Lemon Juice
4 0z lump crab meat
Arugula or salad greens of your choice
Cilantro
Lemon Juice
Baby Cumato Tomatoes
MCT Oil
Mix and serve. The calorie and carb count will depend on the number of tomatoes and whether you use MCT oil. With a handful of tomatoes, you’re looking at between 6-8 grams of carbs. Hope you enjoy the HCG diet recipe.
