I may not be the best person to advise on this, but I don't see any reason to stop with the diet during TOM.
You're supplementing the HCG in such low doses and for such a short amount of time that it's not going to interfere with any other hormones or systems. I know that the original HCG diet recommends beginning right after menstruation and pausing during, but I just don't see the logic.
That said, you know your body and you know that you tend to retain water at certain times during the month. With that in mind, the scale might not move as fast during those months, so do let that bum out your morale. I can't share links in the Forum for some reason, but if you go to my blog and search HCG diet TOM, you'll find a blog I wrote about it a couple years ago.
And again, I might not be the best to advise on this topic.
